These Terms govern your use of Nia Pinnn. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Nia Pinnn

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and able to form a binding agreement. By using the app you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, don't impersonate others, and don't use someone else's account without permission. Tell us if you notice any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use Nia Pinnn lawfully and respectfully. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights; don't spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; and don't misuse other users' shared places, notes or personal information. We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — your places, notes, tags and lists. You grant Nia Pinnn a limited license to store, process and display that content to run the app and to share it with the friends and list members you choose. You're responsible for what you post and for having the right to share it.

Sharing with friends

Friend connections and list sharing are optional and controlled by you. When you accept a friend or share a list, you allow those people to view the content you've chosen to share. Be mindful of what you share, as friends can see it.

Third-party content and services

Place details come from providers like Google, and reference links point to third-party sites such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Our intellectual property

The Nia Pinnn app — its name, logo, design and software — belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms don't give you any right to use our branding without permission.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Nia Pinnn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimer

Nia Pinnn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Place information, distances and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate — please verify important details yourself. We don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nia Pinnn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on place information or content shared by other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Thailand, unless local law requires otherwise.
